A: Why are the access numbers I have seen advertised on TV, press, posters, etc. different to the ones on the website?

Don’t worry, all our access codes starting 29, work exactly the same way so go ahead and use whichever one you prefer! All our codes are made up of the following combination:“29 PP YY” where “29” is our unique identifier in the UK, “PP” is the price of the code, eg 03 for 3p or 13 for 13p and “YY” are last two end numbers used to identify our marketing campaigns, eg codes ending 29 are ones used for our website. We use different end numbers to track our various marketing campaigns in order to evaluate how we are doing. After all, the better we do the cheaper our call rates can be!
